Welcome to our Terrace! We’ve created this space to allow you to extend the magic of the Trap Milano experience—toast to your success and enjoy a moment of relaxation.

To book the terrace for your event, please contact us by phone or email during the booking process.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all groups, please review the following operational notes (Excerpt from Terms & Conditions).

The Service

Trap Milano provides exclusive, temporary use of the space for private or corporate events. The use of the terrace is weather-dependent; availability may be limited or modified in case of rain or unsuitable conditions.

Self-Catering Only: This service does NOT include the provision of food or drinks.

Independent Management: Since you choose your own catering, the responsibility for storage, freshness, and safe consumption of food lies solely with the User.

Guest Safety: To ensure the safety of your guests, please verify any food allergies or intolerances internally. Trap Milano is not responsible for any dietary issues arising from externally brought products.

Duration

The Terrace is open daily until 8:30 PM. To guarantee punctuality for all groups, each session is set at 45 minutes. If you require extra time, please ask: we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability for a small additional fee.

Access is permitted only at the agreed time. If available, early access (up to 15 minutes before the start) may be arranged exclusively for setup purposes.

Responsibility and Safety

Group Responsibility: The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all participants maintain appropriate behavior.

For everyone’s safety, it is strictly forbidden to:

• Lean over railings or engage in risky behavior.
• Throw objects from the terrace.
• Light open flames, smoke, or use spray cans (party foam, spray confetti, etc.).

Responsible Toasting: We invite you to celebrate in moderation. Excessive alcohol consumption or serving alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited.

Respect the Neighborhood: We are located in a residential area we care about deeply; we kindly ask you to respect the quiet of the neighborhood during your celebrations.

Space Maintenance and Decorum

Our Terrace is a special place—help us keep it shining for you and future adventurers!

Tidy Celebration: We ask that you leave the area in order at the end of your session. It’s the best way to end your experience with style.

Waste Management: Don’t worry about final disposal—we take care of everything! We only ask that you separate your waste into the designated bins provided on the terrace.

Furniture & Structures: We trust your care, but please note that any damage to structures or furniture caused by negligence will be charged to the person responsible for the booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, please download the “Terrace Full Terms & Conditions” and send a signed copy for acceptance.

Once completed and signed, please send it to info@trapmilano.it, specifying your booking date.
