The voucher is valid for 6 months from the end of the month in which you purchase it (for example, if the voucher is purchased on December 1st or December 25th it will still expire on June 30th).

The voucher can be used for the number of players indicated and for the associated adventures, or as a discount voucher for all the others! For example, if you purchase the 65 euro voucher it will be valid for 3 players for the following adventures: Cabin in the forest, The Tomb and Antarctica; or it can be used as a 65 euro discount for all the other games.

The value of the voucher can always be integrated if more players wish to participate and will be valid as a discount voucher (for example, if you purchase the 65 euro voucher and you want to play the

adventures: Cabin in the forest, The Tomb, Antarctica in 4 players , it will be necessary to add 15 euros directly when playing the game - without any need to communicate it before).

There is unfortunately no refund in case less players will be present at the game then the ones purchased in the voucher.

The voucher can be used on any day and without time restrictions.

After receiving the voucher it can be played by simply booking the game on our website and show the voucher code at the time of payment at the reception, without having to communicate it before.

If the purchased voucher code is lost, you can send us an email to voucher@trapmilano.it and we will send you the code again.
